THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT (the "Statement"), effective as of the date of the first access of Kadince's websites or related applications operated by Kadince (the "Services") referred to herein as (the "Websites").

Kadince, Inc. ("Kadince") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who use Our websites ("Visitors") and individuals who register to use the Services as defined below as ("Customers"). Both visitors and customers will be referred to herein collectively as ("User" or "Users"). This Privacy Statement describes Kadince's privacy practices in relation to the Websites.


This Privacy Statement covers the information practices of Kadince's Websites.

Kadince's Websites may contain links to other third-party websites. The information practices or the content of such other websites is governed by the privacy statements of such other websites. We encourage Users to review the privacy statements of such other websites to understand their information practices.


When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services or registering to use the Services, Kadince will require Users to provide Kadince with personal contact information, such as first name, last name, email address and phone number ("Required Contact Information"). When purchasing the Services, Kadince may require Users to provide financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address ("Billing Information"). Kadince may also ask Users to provide additional information, such as company asset size, number of employees or industry specialty ("Optional Information"). Required Contact Information, Billing Information and Optional Information about Users are referred to collectively as "Data About Kadince Users."

As Users navigate Kadince's Websites, Kadince may also collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons ("Website Navigational Information"). Website Navigational Information includes standard information from User's web browser (such as operating system, browser type and browser language), User's Internet Protocol ("IP") address and the actions Users take on the Kadince's Websites or related applications and Services (such as the web pages viewed and the links clicked).


Kadince uses Data About Kadince Users to perform the Services requested. For example, if a User fills out a "Contact" or "Live Chat" web form, Kadince will use the information provided to contact User about User's interest in or questions about the Services.

Kadince may also use Data About Kadince Users for marketing purposes. For example, Kadince may use information User provides to contact User to further discuss User's interest in the Services and to send User information regarding Kadince, its affiliates and its partners, such as information about promotions or events.

Kadince uses Website Navigational Information to operate and improve its Websites. Kadince may also use Website Navigational Information alone or in combination with Data About Kadince Users to provide personalized information about Kadince.


Cookies, Web Beacons and IP Addresses: Kadince uses commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect information as Users navigate its Websites ("Website Navigational Information"). This section describes the types of Website Navigational Information used on Kadince's Websites and how this information may be used.

Cookies: Kadince uses cookies to make interactions with its Websites easy and meaningful. When a User visits one of its Websites, Kadince's servers send a cookie to User's computer. Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify the User; they merely recognize User's web browser. Unless the User chooses to identify itself to Kadince, either by responding to a promotional offer, registering for the Services or filling out a web form (such as a "Contact" or "Live Chat" web form), the User will remain anonymous to Kadince.

Kadince uses cookies that are session-based and persistent-based. Session cookies exist only during one session. They disappear from User's computer when the User closes the browser software or turns off the User's computer. Persistent cookies remain on User's computer after User closes the browser or turns off the User's computer. Please note that if User disables User's web browser's ability to accept cookies, User will be able to navigate Kadince's Websites, but User will not be able to successfully use the Services.

IP Addresses: When the User visits Kadince's Websites, Kadince collects User's Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses to track and aggregate non-personal information. For example, Kadince uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which Users navigate Kadince's Websites.

Kadince also collects IP addresses from Users when they log into the Services as part of the its "Identity Confirmation" and "IP Range Restrictions" security features.


Service Providers: Kadince may share Data About Kadince Users with the its contracted service providers so that these service providers can provide services on Kadince's behalf. Kadince may also share Data About Kadince Users with the its service providers to ensure the quality of information provided. Unless described in this Privacy Statement, Kadince does not share, sell, rent or trade any information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

Kadince Affiliates: Kadince may share Data About Kadince Users with other companies in order to work with them, including affiliates of the Kadince corporate group. For example, Kadince may need to share Data About Kadince Users for customer relationship management purposes.

Compelled Disclosure: Kadince reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if Kadince reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the its rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.


Kadince offers Users who provide contact information a means to choose how Kadince uses the information provided. Users may manage User's receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by contacting Kadince at or by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link located on the bottom of Kadince's marketing emails. Additionally, User may send a request specifying User's communications preferences to Users cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to the User's account with the Services.


Authorized administrators may update or change their registration information by editing the User or organization record. To update a user profile or an organization's information, please log in to with User's Kadince username and password and click on the "Menu" to navigate to "Company Settings." It is the User's responsibility to keep their contact and billing information current and up to date with Kadince.


Kadince Customers may electronically submit data or information to the Services for hosting and processing purposes ("Customer Data"). Kadince will not review, share, distribute or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the Agreement, or as may be required by law. In accordance with the Agreement, Kadince may access Customer Data only for the purpose of providing the Services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, at a Customer's request in connection with customer support matters or as may be required by law.


Kadince uses robust security measures to protect User Data from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and help ensure the appropriate use of User Data. When the Services are accessed using a modern web browser, Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology protects User Data using both server authentication and data encryption. These technologies help ensure that User Data is safe and secure in transport. Kadince also implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and Kadince hosts its Websites in a secure server environment that uses firewalls, intrusion detection systems and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Kadince also offers enhanced security features within the Services that permit Users to configure security settings to the level they deem necessary. Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Kadince usernames and passwords.

Because Kadince uses the Services to maintain Data About Kadince Users, this information, which is stored in the Services, is secured in the same manner as described above.
